Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 19, 2025

This Privacy Policy describes how Bemore Store LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use The Blueprint application (“App”), a companion app to The Health Blueprint book operated by Bemore Store LLC. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and data generated through your use of the App. Providing certain categories of data is optional and at your sole discretion; you may use the App without providing lab results, wearable data, or detailed profile information.

  • Account and profile information: email address, and any profile details you choose to provide (e.g., age, gender, health goals, dietary or activity restrictions, notes).
  • Lab results (optional): if you choose to upload lab result PDFs (e.g., blood tests or other lab reports), we use automated systems (including AI) to extract biomarker values and reference ranges from the documents. We store the extracted results (e.g., biomarker names, values, units, dates) and may derive summaries (e.g., “Vitamin D low; B12 normal”) to personalize your daily plans and analyses. You are not required to upload any lab data.
  • Wearable and fitness data (optional): if you choose to connect wearable or fitness services (e.g., via Open Wearables, such as Strava), we may receive and store activity data (e.g., workouts) and sleep data (e.g., duration, quality) from those services, typically for a rolling period (e.g., the last 14 days). We use this to summarize your activity and sleep patterns and to tailor your daily plans and “Health Picture” analyses. Providing wearable data is entirely optional.
  • Content you create: goals, daily checklists, plan completion status, notes, and other data you enter in the App, which we use to provide and personalize the service (including AI-generated daily plans and chat).
  • Usage and technical data: how you use the App (e.g., features used, actions taken), device type, operating system, browser, and similar technical information, which we use to improve the service and fix issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App.
  • Authenticate you and manage your account.
  • Generate and personalize daily plans, checklists, and recommendations (including using your profile, optional lab summaries, and optional wearable data when you have provided them).
  • Power in-app chat, task explanations, and tailored suggestions (e.g., “Ask AI” on checklist items), including by sending relevant context (e.g., profile, lab summary, goals) to our AI systems.
  • Produce analyses such as your “Health Picture” (e.g., summaries of biomarkers, activity, and sleep) when you have provided the underlying data.
  • Extract and store lab results from PDFs you upload, using automated (including AI) tools, and to display and use those results within the App as described above.
  • Send you service-related messages (e.g., sign-in links, security or product updates).
  • Respond to your requests and support inquiries.
  • Analyze usage to improve features and user experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and safety.

If we introduce subscription or paid features, we may use your information to process payments and manage your subscription, in accordance with additional terms presented at the time of purchase.

2A. Use of Artificial Intelligence

We use artificial intelligence (AI) and automated systems to provide features such as: in-app chat and answers; generation of daily plans and checklist items; personalized analyses (e.g., Health Picture summaries); extraction of lab results from uploaded PDFs; and tailoring or explaining individual tasks. When you use these features, we may send relevant data (e.g., your profile, lab summary, goals, completion history, or chat messages) to our AI service providers to generate responses. AI-generated content is for informational and personal use only and does not constitute medical or professional advice. For more on limitations and disclaimers, see our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Your Information; Sensitive Data

We may share your information:

  • Service providers: with vendors that help us operate the App (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery), subject to confidentiality and use limits.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • With your consent: when you explicitly agree to sharing (e.g., buddy or sharing features within the App).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Health-related data. Lab results and wearable data are sensitive. We use them only as described in this policy (e.g., to personalize your experience and power AI features) and share them only with service providers that need access to operate the App (e.g., hosting, AI processing), under confidentiality and use restrictions. The App and its content are not medical advice; see our Terms of Service for disclaimers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. We may retain certain data longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., security, dispute resolution).

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct or update your information (e.g., via account settings).
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact Bemore Store LLC at info@bemorestore.com.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact Bemore Store LLC so we can delete it.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy in the App and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We may also notify you of material changes by email or through the App where appropriate.
